Unlimited Activities
Your Membership gives you access to a FREE climbing session or soft play session every day - all for the cost of a single visit. Meaning you no longer have to choose between saving or adventuring. You can do both!
- You can start adventuring every day after school to get your little one burning off their energy before bedtime.
- You can adventure at the weekend and make sure your little one gets some excersie and has some fun
- You can avoid the usual half-term price increases you'll see at other leisure activities by adventuring every day for just the cost of one trip
- You can ensure your little adventurer continues to grow in confidence and push past their bounderies by climbing often and working on their strenght, balance and problem-solving.
You can also upgrade a climbing session you have already paid for! After your climbing visit you'll receive an email with a code that will allow you to start your Membership with the cost of your climb already deducted from the first month. So your first month of adventure will only cost you an extra £3!

Climbing Academy
Continuous improvement with a Rock Up Membership
Looking to use your Membership to improve your little ones climbing skills, grow their confidence & also earn them a Nationally Accredited climbing qualification? Rock Up's Climbing Academy is the answer!
A Rock Up Membership also applies to our Climbing Academy, where attendees will learn from our decicated and well trained members of staff how to climb, the value of confidence and they'll have fun week on week on week.
Climbing Academy courses run for 10-week blocks, and members can get their weekly 90 minute climbing session for just £5 per week.

How do I organise a birthday party at Rock Up?
It’s quick and simple:

Choose your Rock Up location

Select your party package you want — Wall climbing, Soft Play, exclusive hire, etc.

Pick your time slot

Pay online and receive your confirmation email
All packages are for a minimum of 8 children and include a full activity session and party food (cake,not included) with a reserved party area.
You can also add extra options such as goody bags, treasure hunts, souvenir photos, or party gifts - depending on the Rock Up location.

What is the cancellation policy?
To receive a refund, you must cancel your climbing party at least two weeks in advance.
What should I wear to a climbing party?
Casual, comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are required for climbers. Soft play guests must wear socks. Please avoid dresses or skirts.
We provide all necessary equipment for climbing.
How do I confirm party details and add extras after booking online?
We'll send you a party confirmation form where you can finalize the number of climbers/guests, food options and any additional add-ons.
We will be in touch a few days before your party to confirm all the details, but if you need to reach us beforehand, please email parties@rock-up.co.uk or get in touch with your local centre directly.
What if I want a smaller party?
No problem! If you don't have the numbers for a full climbing party or are looking for something simpler, try a Party Lite party!
Party Lite is only £2 more than a standard climb and includes:

✓ A tasty muffin for each child.
✓ A special birthday crown.

Can I bring a cake if I'm not booking a climbing birthday party package?
Yes, you can bring a cake, but please note that while you won't have a designated party table, a side table will be provided for the cake at all sites.
What is included in a Rock Up party?
Your party activity is always included. In our climbing parties the birthday child can have a free attempt on our Vertical Dropslide/Leap of Faith (Depending on location).
We handle setup and cleanup, provide necessary training and equipment, and include standard tablecloths, paper plates, plastic cups, utensils, unlimited water and squash.
Additional extras can be added during checkout or any time leading up to your party day.
What if I don't book the right number of guests for my party?
no problem!
You can adjust your party numbers up to 3 days before the event (subject to availability). Refunds are available with at least 3 days' notice. Please note, the minimum of 8 guests still applies.

Can I bring in outside food to my climbing party?
No. Unfortunately, we don't allow any outside food to be brought in. How do, however, have a cafe available for you to purchase hot or cold food, drinks and snacks.
Rock Up Meadowhall does not have a cafe, but it has refreshments and snacks.
