Each of our climbing arenas offers a unique series of playful, interesting, challenging and exciting climbing walls.
Our arena is accessible to all, regardless of age or abilty. Some walls are multi-climber challenges so the whole family can compete together.
Our walls are designed for 4 years +, however we do run Toddler Climb and Play sessions for walkers to 4 year olds, with specialised equipment so younger guests can try the fun climbing experience too.
Don't forget, whilst the big kids play in the arena, little ones can access our onsite soft play zone!Take a look at our walls
The High Ropes course is 8m in the air and runs around the perimeter of the climbing arena. It consists of tunnels, hanging bridges, rope traverses and a huge zip-line across a 10m gap above the centre.
This experience is available now at no extra cost but only available currently at our Whiteley, Walton-on-Thames and Manchester centres.More about our ropes course
All of our Rock Up centres have a Soft Play area which is great for the little ones who are not ready for the climbing walls just yet but still have lots of energy and love to have fun!
Our Soft Play is built over two storeys, so your little ones have plenty of space to run riot. It’s a great place to meet with friends and family, the children can play whilst the grown-ups enjoy all our café has to offer, delicious hot drinks, refreshments and snacks.
The littlest of adventurers can enjoy the ball pools and our baby area whist the bigger pioneers can whizz down the slides and scramble through the rollers.Show Me More
From the equipment we select to our staff training and arena design, we keep safety as our top priority.
Our automatic belay devices take in the slack as you climb and then lower you gently to the ground. Weight range 35lbs - 330lbs.
Our innovative clipping system ensures sure climbers are always correctly clipped in and are unable to become unclipped during a climb.
Each session begins with a safety and equipment briefing and our staff are regularly trained for rescue procedures.
The climbing arena is always attended by our Rock Up climbing experts, who are happy to help and assist with anyone who feels unsure or nervous.
The number one safey rule is "CLIP IN BEFORE CLIMBING".Read more about our safety rules
