At Rock Up, climbing is our speciality! We have 25 diverse climbing walls each with their own unique elements to make your visit super fun and challenging.
Climbing at Rock Up Birmingham
Each session starts with a 30-minute briefing so you know how it works. This gives you the confidence to clip yourself onto the safety lines for each wall. You then have 60 minutes to climb, climb, climb in our arena. Our climbing walls are suitable for ages 4 and up.
For an extra challenge, our Birmingham centre also has a Leap of Faith – are you ready to see how far you can jump and attempt to grab the target?
Rock climbing is a great way to keep fit and have fun simultaneously. It’s great for core strength, co-ordination, and heart health so, Rock Up to our Birmingham centre today!
Is there anything for younger children at Rock Up Birmingham?
Yes – there is plenty!
In addition to our climbing arenas, each of our centres also has a soft play area which is perfect for those little explorers who may not be ready to scale the climbing walls just yet.
They can spend their time at Rock Up whizzing down the slides, jumping into the ball pits and scrambling over and under various soft-play obstacles.
For those younger climbers who would like to experience climbing but may not have the stamina for a full climbing session can enjoy our Toddler Climb and Pay session. This includes some time climbing at their own pace and some time in our soft play.
