I came here for the first time today and it exceeded my expectations! I booked the SEND climbing session for the child I care for. The staff were welcoming, warm and understanding. They encouraged and reassured him throughout and talked through any concerns or questions. Really appreciate the kindness and support.
Will be coming again!
Our group of ten were thoroughly exhausted at the end of the session. The challenges are good enough to mean that even the most adventurous were pushed, some of the walls are easy enough to allow the most hesitant straight up to the top. Altogether a great experience for us.
I like the place and the set up very much!
One of the cheaper soft plays in Hull but one of the better ones! Always clean and although it not big it great for young kids. Staff are always nice too.
Just came back from my sons Ultimate Birthday Party at Rock Up Hull. I can not imagine a better party for kids and my son (level 9 now) said it was his best birthday ever. Absolutely fantastic. Everything was planned and prepared by the lovely and most helpful staff at the venue.
Thank you!

We took our 4 year old today, and she had so much fun! She's not a very athletic child, but one member of staff was really kind and gave her the confidence to climb higher and on more challenging walls. He made climbing fun and supported her to use her own critical thinking on some of the harder walls.
