How It Works
👋 Arrive & Check In
At the start of your activity, head to reception where your group will get checked in and a member of the Rock Up team will show you to the briefing room to begin your safety briefing.
🧗 Climb, Explore & Challenge Yourself
After the briefing you'll be led into the climbing arena where you'll enjoy a full 1 hour session of adventure! This is your chance to explore, burn off some energy and try our incredible Vertical Challenges.
🍕 Relax & Refuel
If you have included a food package within your visit, after your activity has finished you'll be led to your designated room where you can enjoy a delicious selection of food & drink. You will have 30 mins to socialise, bond and celebrate your achievements.

> A deposit of 10% is due to all bookings within 30 days of reservation.

Online booking is strongly advised since the arena capacity is limited for safety reasons.
How to find us
From the interchange, go across the footbridge and you will see Rock Up Meadowhall at the end. Head down the escalators and round to the Reception Desk.
Park in the Pink Carpark (M&S entrance) and find Rock Up Meadowhall through the doors.
Practical Information
Our climbing sessions last 60mins - includes a 20min safety briefing at your session start time.Dress comfortably, but you will be unable to climb in open-toed or high-heeled shoes.
Long hair must be tied back.

We booked exclusive hire for a birthday party, everyone had a great time and our host was really good at organising the kids when it was time for food and singing happy birthday etc. The food was good too, pizza, crisps and icecream.
I would recommend it for a party!
Great place for kids to climb, they have all the safety equipment that's needed for kids so no worries about not having helmets ect, the staff are brilliant at watching each and everyone of the climbers.
Highly recommend, my kids love it.
