From toddlers to adults of any age we have climbing sessions suitable for everyone.
With over 70 different ways to climb, there’s always a new route to explore. Check out our exciting climbing sessions below to find the one where you can reach new heights!
Sessions are 90mins. 30mins safety briefing with 55 mins of climbing.
Adult spectators are FREE.
Our arenas offer self clipping however please note we have a limited number of parent assistant clipping spaces available for those who would like it. Younger children and climbers with additional needs will be given priority. For regular climbing sessions all participants must be aged 4 and older. For under 4's our Toddler Climb or soft play sessions are appropriate.

Soft Play Sessions
Explorative Play for Babies and Pre-schoolers
All of our Rock Up centres have a Soft Play area which is great for the little ones who are not ready for the climbing walls just yet but still have lots of energy and love to have fun!
Our Soft Play is built over two storeys, so your little ones have plenty of space to run riot. It’s a great place to meet with friends and family, the children can play whilst the grown-ups enjoy all our café has to offer, delicious hot drinks, refreshments and snacks.
The littlest of adventurers can enjoy the ball pools and our baby area whist the bigger pioneers can whizz down the slides and scramble through the rollers.
Toddler Climb and Play Sessions
Perfect for the Little Climbers
Each of our centres offers Toddler Climb and Play Sessions which are perfect for little climbers up to 5 years of age.
Toddler Climb and Play includes some time in our climbing arena where your little explorer can scale the climbing walls at their own pace. We don’t expect them to be able to climb all the walls at this age but you might be surprised how far they can get!
This is a super fun activity for the little ones, they often get spurred on by their peers. The harness can make them feel extra safe to climb that bit higher.
Following their climbing, they can then enjoy some time in our soft play time to burn off excess energy – which we all know they will still have!
There’s no requirement to book adults for this activity, however parent supervison is required. Session, times vary by venue, book online to secure your slot.
Lights Out Climbing
Rock Up Glow-In-The-Dark Climbing Parties
The most unique way to climb our walls! Every Thursday evening we'll turn the lights off, turn the music up & get the disco lights & wall lights beaming.
Whether you're a seasoned climber or just starting your climbing adventure, our Lights Out evenings bring everyone together for a party on our walls.
Perfect for friends looking for a different kind of night out or for kids who want to burn some energy & climbing in a new, exciting way.
