Safety first

You can't ignore the laws of gravity

From the equipment we select to our staff training and arena design, we keep safety as our top priority.

Our automatic belay devices take in the slack as you climb and then lower you gently to the ground. Weight range 35lbs - 330lbs.

Our innovative clipping system ensures sure climbers are always correctly clipped in and are unable to become unclipped during a climb.

Each session begins with a safety and equipment briefing and our staff are regularly trained for rescue procedures.

The climbing arena is always attended by our Rock Up climbing experts, who are happy to help and assist with anyone who feels unsure or nervous.

The number one safey rule is "CLIP IN BEFORE CLIMBING".

The higher the summit, the bigger the smile

Each of our climbing arenas offers a unique series of playful, interesting, challenging and exciting climbing walls.

Our arena is accessible to all, regardless of age or abilty. Some walls are multi-climber challenges so the whole family can compete together.

Our walls are designed for 4 years +, however we do run Toddler Climb and Play sessions for walkers to 4 year olds, with specialised equipment so younger guests can try the fun climbing experience too.

Don't forget, whilst the big kids play in the arena, little ones can access our onsite soft play zone!
