Climbing Sessions

From toddlers to adults, our climbing sessions are designed for everyone. With over 70 unique ways to climb, there's always a new route to explore. Each session lasts 90 minutes, including a 30-minute safety briefing and 55 minutes of climbing*. Adult spectators are FREE.
Our arenas feature self-clipping systems, but we offer a limited number of parent-assisted clipping spaces for younger children and climbers with additional needs. All participants must be aged 4 and older for regular climbing, while under 4’s can enjoy Toddler Climb or soft play sessions. Soft Play Sessions

At Rock Up, our soft play areas are perfect for little ones who aren't quite ready for the climbing walls but still have plenty of energy. Designed for babies and toddlers, our two-storey soft play zone offers lots of space for exploration & fun.
It’s the ideal spot for meeting with friends and family, where kids can play while adults relax and enjoy delicious hot drinks & snacks from our café. Toddlers can explore the ball pools and baby area, while older children can race down the slides and crawl through the rollers.
Perfect for families seeking toddler activities and a safe space for explorative play.

The perfect activity for Toddlers and Under 5s
Our Toddler Climb and Play sessions are perfect for little climbers up to 4 years old. Your toddler can climb for the first hour and enjoy unlimited access to the soft play for the full 2-hour session. Whether they start or finish with soft play, they can explore and have fun throughout the entire time!

Lights Out Climbing

Get ready for a whole new climbing experience with our Lights Out sessions! Every Thursday evening, we turn off the lights, crank up the music, and light up the arena with vibrant disco and wall lights for an unforgettable climb in the dark.
Whether you're a seasoned climber or a beginner, climbing in the dark adds an exciting twist to your adventure. It’s perfect for friends looking for a unique night out or kids wanting to burn off energy in a fun, new way.
