At Rock Up Rushden Lakes, we have a spectacular indoor climbing arena which is home to over 26 climbing walls for you to experience the thrills and adventures. We also have extra challenges including our towering Vertical Drop Slide and the tricky traverse wall. For the smaller pioneers we have an amazing soft play for them to run riot.
Rock Up Rushden Lakes is the perfect venue for all ages and abilities. We can also host birthday parties, group bookings & corporate events.
At Rushden Lakes, our climbing walls tower over 8 meters high, with new ways to scale each one time and time again. It’s mountains of fun for everyone.
Our indoor climbing arena is suitable for all abilities - you don’t need any prior rock-climbing experience – just make sure you’re wearing trainers and comfortable clothing that you can move around in and we have everything else you need.
Each of our rock-climbing sessions includes an initial 30 minute briefing where we teach you about the safety of climbing in our arena and how to use the harnesses. You can’t enter the climbing arena without undergoing this briefing so we advise that you arrive promptly for your booked time slot.
You also need to make sure you’re wearing suitable foot-wear – trainers are ideal – and clothes that are suitable for climbing; nothing too loose that could get caught.
Looking for something for your tiny tearaway? Look no further! We have a soft play suitable for children under the age of 6 and adults can enter for free. Allow them to burn off some steam as the run, jump and play in a safe and suitable environment.
We also offer climb-and-play sessions for toddlers who want to experience the climbing walls but aren’t quite ready for a full climbing session. These sessions are perfect during term time when the older children are at school, as the arena tends to be quieter.
You can’t get stuck into the fun if you don’t book a session.
We can offer general climbing sessions as well as an array of birthday parties, group offers and even corporate events. We would love to host your special event!
