How It Works
👋 Arrive & Check In
At the start of your activity, head to reception where your group will get checked in and a member of the Rock Up team will show you to the briefing room to begin your safety briefing.
🧗 Climb, Explore & Challenge Yourself
After the briefing you'll be led into the climbing arena where you'll enjoy a full 1 hour session of adventure! This is your chance to explore, burn off some energy and try our incredible Vertical Challenges.
🍕 Relax & Refuel
If you have included a food package within your visit, after your activity has finished you'll be led to your designated room where you can enjoy a delicious selection of food & drink. You will have 30 mins to socialise, bond and celebrate your achievements.

> Comfortable clothing and Suitable footwear recommended

> A deposit of 10% is due to all bookings within 30 days of reservation.
> An adult to child ratio of 1:8 is required within the arena during climbing.

Online booking is strongly advised since the arena capacity is limited for safety reasons.
Practical Information
Our climbing sessions last 90mins - includes a 30min safety briefing at your session start time.Dress comfortably, but you will be unable to climb in open-toed or high-heeled shoes.
Long hair must be tied back.
We require at least 1 adult spectator for every 4 children. Please add when booking.
