Your health and safety is our concern | Rock Up

Covid-19 Information
We want to say a huge thank you to all our loyal customers and our outstanding team for how quickly everyone adapted to the new challenges thrown at us each month. Our highest priority at our centres is still the safety and well-being of both our customers and our Rock Up team.

In line with the changes to government guidelines commencing Fri Dec 10th 2021
Rock Up requests that if you have tested positive or someone you have been in close contact with has tested positive for Coronavirus, you delay your visit to our centre and contact our team via our contact form to rearrange your visit

Acceptance of risk
The safety measures that have been introduced are intended to minimise the risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. Therefore, anyone visiting our Rock Up centres acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.

No, although we have a lower climbing arena capacity and additional precautions in place we are still offering the same climbing experience that you would have had pre-lockdown.
